We will designate by the following:

  • « Personal Data » : is defined as « any information relating to an identified physical person or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or several elements which are their own », in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

  • « Editor » or « We » : Maya Ocean Realty S.A. de C.V., legal or physical person responsible for the editing and content of the Service.
  • « User » or « You » : the internet user visiting and using the Service or the Estate agents or private seller having registered to it.

Article 2 – Legal notices, personal data and purpose of the Site

Information concerning the collection and processing of personal data (policy and declaration) is provided in this Privacy Policy and use of personal data from the Site.
The purpose of this Site is determined as « Real Estate listings Site putting visitors in contact with professional and private sellers ».

It is specified that the service name: mayaocean, must be mentioned in any correspondence.

Article 3 – Data collected on the Site

The Data collected and subsequently processed by the Service is that which you voluntarily send to us by filling in the various forms present within the Service. For certain operations on content, you may be required to transmit Data about you to third-party partners through their own services, specifically during the payments you may make. We will not have said data, their collection and processing being governed by the conditions specific to these parties. Article 5 – Purpose of the Data collected

Data identified as being mandatory on the Service’s forms are necessary so you can benefit from the corresponding features of the Service, and more specifically from operations on the content offered within it.

The Service is likely to collect and process the Data of its Users:

The Data collected by us is processed for the purposes of carrying out operations on the contents of the Service.

You are likely to receive electronic mails (emails) from our Service, in particular within the framework of requests for visitor/seller contacts or newsletters that you have accepted. You can request to no longer receive these emails by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each of the emails that will be sent to you. Only Maya Ocean Realty S.A. de C.V. is the recipient of your personal information. These are never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors that Maya Ocean Realty S.A. de C.V. uses. Neither Maya Ocean Realty S.A. de C.V. nor its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of its Site.

Your personal data may be shared with the parties shown below for the purposes defined in this privacy policy.

  • The right to information: we are obliged to inform you of the way in which we use your personal data (as described in this privacy policy).

You will not have to pay any fees for access to your personal data (or for the exercise of any other right). However, we may charge you a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. In this case, we may also refuse to reply to your request.
