Pitaya Place III

PITAYA PLACE is the third phase of the renowned residential brand Pitaya. Pitaya Place consists of 22 single-family home lots ranging from 303 to 390 square meters. The first two phases of the project, which were introduced in January 2022, were an overwhelming success, selling out within the first six weeks of their launch. Due to their initial success, we made the decision to continue the brand with Pitaya Place (Phase I) and (Phase II). We have continued to increase the value of the communities by including more amenities tailored to residents, such as: a 1/2 size Olympic swimming pool, barbecue area, overwater hammocks, children’s pool area, and shared bathrooms.
To give the residences a more organic feel and maintain the authenticity of Tulum, we have updated our structures with Colombian bamboo finishes, while maintaining affordable costs that are selling below market value.
