Where To Fly?
Book your flight to Cancun International Airport (Código IATA: CUN), It is the main gateway to the Riviera Maya with a wide variety of flights and national and international connections. It is located 16 kilometers from the city of Cancun.

Airport Hotel Transportation
There are a variety of options to get to your vacation home from the Cancun airport. The estimated time of the journey is 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the means of transport you choose. You should also consider the time it will take you to leave the airport terminal, collect your luggage and go through migration.
Bus
The Mexican company of Land Transport ADO offers service from airport terminals 2, 3 and 4 towards Playa del Carmen. They are located at the exit of the terminals and have ample space for your bags. It is likely that as part of the route you will have to go to the other terminals and disembark at both the 30 Av terminal and the Av. Juárez terminal in Playa del Carmen.
Private transport
We offer the option of Private Transportation service in Vans with prices from.

One of the most important advantages of the private service is knowing that the driver will always be waiting for you despite delays or flight changes and of course the comfort offered by the large transport units.
Rent a car
Inside the Cancun International Airport are some of the world’s most recognized car rental companies with vehicle delivery and reception services. They offer car rental with prices from 380 MXN per day . If your intention is to explore the Riviera Maya or if you come with your family, renting a vehicle may be the best option.

Requeriment
Be of legal age, have an interest in acquiring a property and visit a property in the Riviera Maya together with a Maya Ocean Real Estate Advisor.
Terms & Conditions
- 20% additional discount from the regular vacation rental rate.
- Minimum stays of two nights and three days up to seven nights / eight days.
- Valid for a maximum of three rooms. Air or ground transportation is not included. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price does not include taxes (16% VAT + 3% lodging tax).
- In case of not being able to travel during the dates indicated in the reservation confirmation, the client can reschedule to future dates as long as they notify one month before the registration date. Refund for confirmed reservations canceled with more than a month of notification.
- Includes a weekly cleaning service and departure cleaning.
- To access the 20% discount, you must attend at least one property tour with a Maya Ocean Advisor.
- In case of not doing the Property Tour the client must pay the total of their stay at a regular price.
- All reservation confirmation is subject to availability.
- The client must transfer a security deposit of 300 USD to hold the reservation, which will serve as a security deposit or in case of stays of less nights, the totality to be paid in case it is less than 300 USD.
- In case of purchase of any Real Property marketed by Maya Ocean Real Estate the total money of seven nights of stay in Vacation Rentals of the room with the most expensive rate will be discounted from the purchase price.
